Cinnamon rolls, macarons, cordon bleu

Made these during my off days! Felt so accomplished! 🙂

I’ve finally attempted all the bakes that I’ve pinned/Favorited/saved for so long! first on is the macarons!

I was actually proofing my cinnamon roll while preparing and making my macarons.

recipes was used and portioned down to 1/4  from pioneer woman cinnamon roll here as the portion she made was really huge for my family! another GREAT site to look and drools on!

As for dinner, I’ve made Cordon bleu from Tyler Florences, recipe here.

I’ve used boneless chicken thigh as I feel that it will be more juicy and of course, tender!

Indeed! my dear brother and mrbee says it was so awesome! So much better than those selling outside. *smiling* 😀
